Description
Open hours: Daily from 8:00 A.M. through Dusk - Seasonal April 1st through October 31st or as allowed by Town Permit. The fields of the Park, playground equipment, and facilities are to be used on a first come first serve basis, unless special times and dates have been reserved. Special times and dates may be reserved through written request and approval by the Town Board of the Town of Herkimer for organizations, groups and/or persons meeting the requirements set forth by the Town Board. The Herkimer Town Board reserves the right to close the Town Park, cancel any event, change approved scheduling, or revoke any permit issued for the use of the Park without notice.
